RGCRS Components RGCRS is a flexible, porous PVC cover with self-closing hinges along the front edge that mount to the gutter front top edge. The hinges provides a retentive force to maintain the cover down on top of the gutter, yet allow it to be rotated forward and cleaned. Each cover section has a retractable pull bar near the center. It is easily moved out and hooked from the ground using a telescopic pole with an S hook end. Pulling the pole downward flips the cover over for an easy gravity-enabled cleaning. The same pole and hook are used to move the cover back to the upright position. Covers are available in 12 foot lengths. They are easily trimmed down for gutters less than 12 feet long and stacked end to end for gutters longer than 12 feet. RGCRS costs RGCRS production components are projected to be $2.60 per foot. which will put it below that of other effective gutter protector products. Labor costs for installing RGCRS to an existing are minimal. Cover sections are placed on top of the gutter and screwed to the gutter upper face.  Cover down in operating position
